High: this one came quick. we had a few ideas (a vest for a pencil??), but ultimately knew that sharing our own vesting structure would be the way to go. it's been something we've been talking a lot about and finally settled on, and in the name of transparency, felt right to fancy this sucker up and post it.
Low: nope. feeling tired. not looking too cool rn.
Andrew Herzog
High: Vest clicked for us immediately because we have been dealing soooo much with trying to nail down our vesting structure. It's been made a little more complicated than usual because have Pedro officially joining after our first year. It's been a huge learning experience for us and something that we are interested in talking about in the open so this made perfect sense as a time to shine a light on it.
Low: No low in the working progress just tired.
Nicky Tesla
High: Got to use that spreadsheet I made to figure out our vesting schedule for our Partner's agreement! Feels appropriate within the mission of transparency and also because wtf are the chances of getting V is for vested. (This Partnership agreement has been the topic of many conversations).
Low: Nothing really. Another simple project as we wind down to the end of the clock.
